Below are some FAQ's about using our checkout, Shipping and Special order items:
1. What do you mean by 'Pre-order'
Many of the items we offer are handcrafted by artisans in small numbers. As it is very common for items to sell out on our site within days, a popular option for many of our customers has become pre-ordering in July and August. We take care of the rest from there, liaising with our artisans and delivering your own unique adornments in September and October ready for your magical Christmas.
By purchasing in advance, our artisans have enough time to craft and deliver items of exceptional beauty and quality. Avoid disappointment by securing your favourite adornments from our online store today!
2. How much does shipping cost?
For all orders, we offer the following shipping rates:
*Please note: Our 'Free standard shipping on orders over $50' offer expired on Thursday 15th December 2016. All Australian orders will now incur a $10 flat rate delivery charge.
We currently ship to New Zealand only. Rates for New Zealand purchases will be shown at checkout.
3. What is the difference between standard and express shipping?
We use Australia post for all of our shipping.
Standard shipping is via parcel post. Depending upon where you are living in Australia, delivery will generally be within 7-10 days from when your order leaves our store.
Express shipping is via Express Parcel Post. Delivery is 1-2 business days for capital cities or up to 4 business days for remote areas. The express option means that, if you are in Sydney Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra or Hobart, you should have your delivery within 3-4 business days instead of 7-10.
For our New Zealand customers, standard shipping is 10-14 days depending on location. We do not offer express shipping to New Zealand at this stage.
Unfortunately we do not ship outside of Australia and New Zealand at this stage.
We currently offer 2 methods of payment via our website:
Direct payment on our site using NAB/Stripe payments
This is our most convenient method of payment. Credit card payments made directly on our website are secured by the National Australia Bank's Stripe payment gateway. As one of the biggest banks in Australia, the NAB/Stripe gateway provides the best assurance that your information is secure.
We also offer PayPal to our customers. It is a secure and convenient way to pay by either credit card or directly via your PayPal account. Using PayPal does require a couple of extra steps:
